Hosting

After you have recorded your audio, you will need to host the files. Export your audio as a MP3 audio file and MP4 if it's a video file. There are several hosting services available, pricing ranges from free to $50 a year. Or if you already have web space available to you, you can host your file on your web server. After your podcast has been hosted you will have a URL to the file's address.

Podlot- 150megs of space for $5 a month, No bandwidth limitations, You control your data

Podbus- For most podcasters, you pay just $5-$15 per month for 300 MB of storage space and 10 GB of monthly bandwidth.

HipCast- Offers podcast hosting and audio tools for $50 a year.
